Welcome to class! Pilates in the Park is a 50 minute Mat Pilates workout for all levels. Whether it’s your first class or you’d like to add this to your current fitness routine, I’d love to see you!

Please bring your own mat!

This class is not suitable for anyone pregnant or those with severe back or neck injuries.

  • The class

    This class will be based in Classical Pilates focusing on pelvic positioning and precision of movement all while challenging strength and stability. It’s a great compliment to anyone who has an existing fitness practice as well as those new to movement!

  • Day 01 / Looking Within

    Day One is all about you. You’ll take a deep look at yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be.

  • Day 02 / The External

    On Day Two we shift our focus to others in your world. How do you relate to your friends, family, and the other people in your life? What do you want to change?

  • Day 03 / New Beginnings

    We put everything together on Day Three. You’ll see how learning how to love yourself is the key to better relationships with everyone in your life, especially yourself.
